Important information to keep in my mind when taking your medication.
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you have any questions about taking Nevolat®.1
Your Nevolat® treatment will start at a low dose (0.6 mg), which will gradually increase over the first five weeks of use. Starting from Week 5 of treatment, you will be taking your medicine at a dose of 3 mg every day. This is the highest dose of medicine that you will take during your treatment – do not increase the dose any further.1

Dosage variations and safety
Severe allergic reaction
See your doctor straight away if you get symptoms such as breathing problems, swelling of face and throat and a fast heartbeat.
Nevolat® solution is given as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous). Do not inject it into a vein or muscle. The best places to give yourself the injection are the front of your thighs, the front of your waist (abdomen), or your upper arm.1 You can give yourself the injection at any time of the day, and it does not need to be taken with food. When you have found the most convenient time of the day for you to take Nevolat®, it is recommended that you inject Nevolat® at the same time every day.
If you forget to take a dose
Inject your dose as soon as you remember. However, if the dose is more than 12 hours late, skip the missed dose and take your next dose as usual.1
If you use more Nevolat® than you should
Never take an extra dose. If you have injected more than your prescribed dose talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse straight away.1
If you stop taking Nevolat®
Do not stop using Nevolat® without first talking to your doctor.1
